How can I download the notes?
Simply log in to your dashboard, navigate to your specific Batch or the "Notes" section, select your subject, and click on the "Download" button next to the chapter name. Notes are provided in PDF format.
Do you provide live interactive classes?
Absolutely. Our premium batches feature live interactive classes with doubt-solving sessions and structured mock tests. All live sessions are recorded and automatically uploaded for future revision.
How long does it take to get a response to my ticket?
Our standard response time is between 24 to 48 working hours. Technical issues like login or payment failures are prioritized and often resolved much faster. You can track your ticket status using the "My Tickets" button above.
How do I access LearnOS and the Study Room?
LearnOS and the Study Room are web-based tools accessible from the top navigation menu under "More". You need to be logged into your free or premium Sankalp Catalyst account to save your study progress and focus timer data.
